Privacy
What this site knows about you.
Very little, and none of it identifies you. The short version is below, in plain terms.
- Cookies
-
This site sets no cookies. Two small values are kept in your browser’s session storage so the page loader and the CV back button behave correctly. They are discarded the moment you close the tab, and neither identifies you, so there is no banner to dismiss and no preferences to manage.
- Analytics
-
Visits are counted with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service. It records page views, the referring site, and a rough picture of the browser, operating system, device type and country of the visit.
It uses no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally. Umami describes its own handling of that data in its privacy policy.
- Clicks
-
A small number of links are counted so I can see which parts of the site are useful: downloading the CV, copying or clicking my email address, and opening my ArtStation, LinkedIn, X or NodeStrand links. What is recorded is that a click happened, not who made it.
- Video
-
The trailers on the case study pages show a still image until you press play. Nothing loads from YouTube before that. Once you do press play, the video is loaded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and at that point Google receives the request and its own privacy policy applies.
- Everything else
-
Fonts, images and video are served from this domain. Apart from the analytics above, opening a page contacts no one else. There are no forms, no accounts, no sign-in and no advertising.

If you want to know what is held about a visit, or want it removed, email me and I will deal with it.
